Terms and ConditionsWe reserve the right to reject any or all items. No junk tires accepted. Items may be brought in the week prior to the auction from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any equipment brought in after 12:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the sale will be sold in the last row. No consignments taken sale day. Loading dock and trucking available. Neither the auctioneers nor their agents assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, items after purchased, no shows, or equipment not accurately represented.
